Meet the owner

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Caleb attended Florida A&M University, where he received his undergraduate degree in accounting and had the opportunity to prepare taxes under stewardship of a local CPA.

After graduation, Caleb relocated to Midland, Michigan where he began his career with a Fortune 500 chemical company as a contract and cost accountant where he analyzed service contracts and built relevant cost flows. Within that same company, he then transitioned to a tax accountant where he prepared tax forms related to US income received by foreign persons along with quarterly remittances to the Canadian Government.

In 2023, Caleb relocated back to Jacksonville where he continued his career as a procure to pay accountant for another Fortune 500 company in the rail industry where he completed bank reconciliations and expense monitoring. The following year, Caleb would receive his Masters of Accounting with a concentration in Taxation from the University of West Florida. Shortly after receiving his Masters, Caleb would pass the CPA exam to become a licensed CPA in the state of Florida. He now operates as a Sr Technical Accountant where he deals with complex insurance accounting transactions as well as the Owner of Caleb Goshay, CPA, PLLC where he prepares tax returns and does bookkeeping for small businesses.
